What is the difference between a second opinion and a team diagnostic?
A second opinion is the lightest entry point: one structured call testing the working theory behind a specific symptom, delivered as a written report within a few days. A team diagnostic goes deeper: direct observation of real ceremonies (standups, planning, a session of your choosing) over about a week, plus delivery-tool review, resulting in a written, prioritised, costed improvement report, not just a verbal opinion.

Does Linda Stupena Advisory replace my internal team?
No. The work exists because competent teams develop blind spots, assumptions and concentration of knowledge that are hard to see from inside the system, not because the team is doing a bad job. The advisory provides an outside review, with the option to stay and take hands-on delivery leadership if that is what is needed.
