Get your iGaming Operator scan now

Early access

Logged-out scans are free during the pilot. Operators who take part help to sign off the final version of the scan.

What you will get

A free logged-out scan of your player journeys against the regulatory requirements of your jurisdiction. Results are sent to your work email.

What is checked

Each scan reads the relevant regulator’s requirements as they stand on the day it runs. It then visits your public pages as a visitor would and adds a screenshot to every result.

Examples of what is being checked during the scan (subject to change depending on the market you operate in):

Homepage

  • The 18+ sign and the responsible gaming message are shown.
  • Licensee name and licence number are displayed.
  • The licensing authority’s seal link opens the regulator’s page, which shows your licensee and licence number.

Responsible gaming

  • The responsible gaming information is one click from the homepage.
  • The page is organised under headings and readable.
  • It links to gambling-help organisations.

Signup (stops before any account is created)

  • The registration page opens from the site.
  • Each signup screen is walked with placeholder data. The scan notes whether email, mandatory identity and contact data, terms and age acceptance and a privacy acknowledgement are asked for.
  • It notes whether marketing consent is bundled with account creation.
  • It notes whether a responsible gaming message and a limits offer appear before the account exists.

Public casino pages

  • The casino lobby opens and lists games.
  • A bonus’s terms open in one step from the offer.
  • Public banking information lists withdrawal methods.

Logged-in scan

The free scan runs logged out. A logged-in scan needs two test accounts from you:

  1. a funded test account
  2. a self-excluded test account

Login details are never entered on this page. To arrange a logged-in scan, email [email protected].

Your report stays with your company

The report is sent only to the work email entered below. Its contents and screenshots are never published or shown to anyone outside your company, including in marketing. The only exception is a disclosure the law requires.

What the scan guarantees

No software in the world can guarantee 100% of execution, and this scan is no exception. What it does guarantee is that you see exactly what was executed and what was not.

Every check in your report is marked as passed, failed or not tested. Anything not tested comes with the reason. Every result carries a screenshot and the date it ran, so your team can open the same page and see the same thing.

Nature of This Document

This is an independent review prepared by Linda Stupena Advisory for the operator’s internal use. It does not constitute a regulatory certification, a compliance assessment or legal advice. It is not a submission to, or communication with, any regulator.

Findings reflect a manual and automated review of the operator’s site on the date(s) stated, logged out and, where a test account was provided, logged in. They were checked against this consultancy’s master regulatory-requirements file and against the regulatory sources, re-checked live immediately before this report was built (see “Regulatory currency check”).

Testing reduces error but does not eliminate it. Not every issue may have been identified, findings may misread a source or miss a change the operator has already made, and both the site and regulatory requirements may change after this report is issued.

This report is intended to inform, but not to replace, the operator’s legal and compliance function. It should be independently verified by the operator’s own licensed legal or compliance advisors before it is relied on, acted on or represented to any third party. It must not be used as evidence, a submission or a representation in any proceeding, dispute or correspondence with any regulator.
