Ways to Work Together
Four engagement types, each with a defined scope and duration. Every engagement starts with a conversation to establish whether it's the right fit.
Second Opinion
Problem → A specific symptom (a launch slipping, a vendor dispute, an assumption nobody's tested) needs an outside read before more time or money is committed to it.
Duration → Initial conversation: 30 minutes. Then one structured hour. Written verdict within a few days.
Includes → A written, argumented report: the working theory tested against what's actually happening, the reasoning behind the conclusion, and a clear direction, specifically what to do next.

Problem → A team's delivery isn't working the way it should, and nobody inside the system can see exactly why.
Duration → Around one week.
Requires → Read access to your delivery tracking tool. No sensitive data needed.
Includes → 3 standups, 1 planning session, 1 meeting of your choosing, attended directly. A written, prioritised, costed report with clear accountability areas and improvement areas. Automation and AI gaps flagged, each with the reasoning behind it and a measurable improvement target.

Problem → A team needs more senior ownership through delivery than advice from the outside can fix.
Duration → Minimum 3 weeks if building on a prior Team Diagnostic, minimum 4 weeks if building up.
Includes → Evidence first: building on a prior Team Diagnostic, or observing and stabilising if there wasn't one. Scheduled presence at the ceremonies that matter. Review, then implementation. A defined, working team structure, with implemented accountability areas, established ways of working, and clarity on where delivery time actually goes, where work waits, and what repeatedly blocks flow.

Problem → Current goals don't actually show whether the team is shipping what matters, measuring volume instead of outcome, or there aren't clear goals in place at all.
Duration → One structured session, review or build from scratch, decided during scoping.
Includes → Existing OKRs/KPIs reviewed against what they should actually be measuring, or new ones built from scratch where none exist. Written output: the goals themselves, plus the reasoning behind each one.
